How do I replace starter on 2001 Ford Explorer sport trac

I need to take it out and put in a new one, I have never done this before, could you please walk me through it?

Disconnect negative battery cable, remove starter bolts, pull starter out and down to remove connections. Pay attention to how they are situated. Attach connections to new starter exactly the same way, install, and re-connect your battery cable, and you should be off!

2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 4x4. It was running just fine, I shut it off and went to start it back up about an hour later it acts like the motors stuck.
