Problem for Dell (E210882) Motherboard
Changed mem speed lower then got a beep and black screen

I reset the mem bio to lower the speed now it just turns on and i get a beep and black screen

Reset the BIOS.
Plan A: Look in your motherboard manual and find the location of a "CMOS Reset" jumper. Move the jumper from its current position to its other configuration for five seconds. Then, put it back the way it was and turn it on. If that doesn't work use Plan B :)
Plan B: Take the clock battery out, and short (touch) the battery holder metal contacts with a switch. Put the battery back in. Turn it on and see if it works.
All your BIOS settings will be reset to default after this, including your clock.
