i have a 17 inc crt monitor lg 700. Problems is no powar led blinking, hearing sound tic tic tic... A mosfet 10n20c very heated and i replaced it to irf 630  but 2 sec power led is on and bust is ok after 2sec same condition. PLZ help me.

Check for other problems. You might need to buy another FET as well. But this time don't put the FET back in until you make sure nothing can blow it.
