  1. Light bulbIf your microwave light bulb is not working, perhaps it has blown. The first step is to replace the bulb and power on the microwave. If this does not correct the issue, the next step is to check the socket and wiring to verify if that is the problem.
  2. Light bulb socket & main control boardIf your microwave light bulb is not working after the installation of a new bulb, check the light socket as well as the wiring to ensure they are properly operating. If these sources are functioning properly, the next step is to check for a faulty control board as a possible root cause to your microwave light bulb malfunction.

Hi,

I suggest try to call the manufacturer because if happens that its causing plastic burnt or dent due to overheating that means the hardware of the machine is failing, also the automatic shutdown is caused by overheating. If your going to call the manufacturer they have special support for those kind of issue.

Asus screen notting appear when i start my computer

Hi,

Please try this: Connect your laptop to a working monitor. Then use the monitor as your temporary monitor. If this works, then the screen in your laptop is broken or damaged. If this still doesn't work, your laptop might be broken. In this case, try formatting it.

thanks.

Screen cuts out while using it have to use fn and f7 to get it on again this sometimes works sometimes you have to do this 4 or 5 times

OkI want you to get the latest video drivers for your unit and install them. Also check for any BIOS updates. This sounds like a driver problem, and pressing those keys, is "Toggling" between External & Internal screens, and each time it is done it "Resets" the driver & video. So we must rule out drivers first. Also disable any screen saver for now.

There are three small points on the top of the keyboard to unlock it. Under the keyboard you will find a metal protector with one screw which protects the second ram...
By the way: The Bios only recognizes up to 2 of ram.
