Question about OKIPAGE 6w Led Printer
We've replaced the print drum and it's still having problems, we found some directions that say we need to "reset the print drum" but can't figure out where to do this. RESET DRUM
Reset the Drum Count:
Open the Status Monitor.
Click Printer Setup tab.
Click on Printer Menu button
Click the Maintenance tab
Click on the Drum Counter Reset button.

To reset the drum counter on these it can be done by this
link to oki 8w Image Drum Cartridge instructions
or if I explain it, go to printers and faxs on your pc find the oki icon for your printer right click it and propertys.... go to printing preference tab, look in there....
If you are having image problems with new drum, I doubt any reset will help.
