The power Cell (Battery) no longer accepts a charge. The exception is if the AC/DC charging adapter has failed. See if you have a similar power charger around the house. Look for the same type of male pin and proper DC or AC Voltage plus Amps as listed on the current Tablet Charger. Never leave chargers in the electrical outlet alone as they can be damaged by surge power. Try another charger and if that fails also, the power cell in the tablet needs replacing.

Kocaso model m9200 will not charge. no power light

Test your charger and the cable. Might use electronic tester. If you don't have you should seek help fron technical service. I don't know if battery is servicable, If charger is ok, probably the problem is the battery.

We need a plug

The charging on the tablet depends on the model.
Most including the Kocaso 776 charge via the micro USB port, and this is a standard USB port.
So all you do is purchase a micro USB to standard USB cable and plug it into the standard USB port on the charger or a PC.

Kocaso M752 won't turn on, just flickers

Try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before.
