GE 7-4853 clock radio "locked" or stuck when I plug... (by 3 users)

I plugged my GE 7-4853 clock radio back in. Now it is "locked" or stuck on 13:00 and any button combination I try has not worked. Any recommendations? Thanks.

had a power outage, when power restored numbers stuck on 1300

I am having the same problem with my GE alarm clock model 7-4853.
We had a household power failure and when power was restored the clock had the error 13:HE displayed and will not reset. I have tried unplugging the unit, Pressing and holding down all the buttons and I replaced the backup 9 volt battery all to no avail.
Suggest a new solution for this problem
