Decrease the brightness of the screen. keep the mobile in stand by mode. u can install s2u2 software for the same. or u can use the slider key provided for locking the phone. this enhances the battery life.

My asus 250T will not power on. I just purchased it December 2014.

If it is still under warranty (and it should be) call ASUS immediately.

You can TRY removing the battery and holding down the power plug for 60 seconds with the computer unplugged. Then plug it back in and try to start it again. If it works, turn it off and replace the battery and go on your way merrily. But a new computer should not have this sort of problem.

Asus laptop wifi off

Go into your bios to make sure it's set to the correct settings, if it is, try replacing the motherboard battery, usually the battery number is 4320, it's a round flat battery, sometimes the battery is faulty and needs replacing.
If that doesn't remedy the problem post again, I'll try to respond with an update... peace S.C.

Asus mobo flashes on startup, no video

You should unplug the power cord from the power supply, pop out the cmos battery, switch the bios reset jumper to the 2 and 3 pins, wait about a minute, put the jumper back to 1 and 2 pins, put cmos battery back in, plug in power cord to psu and turn on pc. If you have any issues with this process please refer to your owner manual for the motherboard or look one up on their website. Please let me know if this fixes your issue.

you may need to recalibrate the battery, to do this you need to run the laptop until it shuts down due to power, turn it back on and on boot press f2 or w/e your bios key is and plug it back in then let the laptop run until it dies again. plug it in and let it charge completely. i hope this helps
