Wont work i got this with big pond but so the drivers were on that disc, when i have changed over to dodo i cant get this to work.

Have you contacted dodo internet? it might be that your ISP requires a PPPoE setup or something.

If you cannot change the display resolution and the video driver is generic VGA then the correct video driver needs to be installed.
You can download the video driver from the laptop manufacturer's WEB site.
I cannot give you the link to download this driver because you did not provide then make and model of your laptop.

That's a typical response, if it's a hardware problem , blame the software, etc. Try here for support and drivers: http://www.dodo.com/top-right-navigation/support/technical-support/ If you shut down , unplug the Laptop and remove battery, plug in, reboot. When it reboots fully insert the USB, do you get ANY response? Run your Windows Updates to make sue your Updates are current.

You may have to udate your usb drivers, right click on my computer and goto properties, in the properties window goto hardware then device manager. This will bring a tree with all of you connected peripharels, scroll down until you see the usb and click on the + sign to bring all the usb drivers up, right click on all and click update driver and use the internet option to search for updated drivers, when finished install the g usb device and it should work, good luck and post back if you have any dificulties.

A blank disc is RAW until something is burn to it the burning program will format it to cdfs.

Here are few things that you can try:

1. update the firmware on the router/modem

2. Open ports on the router/modem for P2P

incoming mail server : pop.dodo.com.au
outgoing mail server : smtp.dodo.com.au

Your user name for backup dial up is [email protected] (where xxx is your ADSL user name). Then for the password, it is your ADSL password.

The number to connect is 0198333516. You can confirm this by visiting Dodo website and go to their dial up number site.
