Cant staple from driver but can staple directly from the machines panel ... particularly 8x14

Most Likely the issue is resolved by configuring the driver properly. If you right click the printer under Printers and faxes in your start menu you need to go to properties, then to the configuration tab and then to Auto Configuration. it will then communicate with the printer and find out what options are installed and then enable you to use stapling from your computer. Make sure to select where the hands are pointing also. thanks. you will understand.
