When printing on standard 100mm x 150mm photo paper (Epson brand) every print has a 5mm unprinted area at the bottom of every print. Espon support staff have told me that the printer ony works on their new paper stock which is over-sized (approx 100mm x 152mm). They will not replace the printer as they say it is working correctly and I need to use non-standard sized paper to correct the problem. There is no over-ride as photo paper has to be loaded into the top sheet feeder tray when printint stand-alone from memory cards. Does anyone else have the same problem please? Or is there a way round this? I can'tbelieve that Epson have made a top-end printer which only works on non-standard sized paper. Many thanks.
