hi there...have you checked the water supply to the dishwasher.......sounds either no water to the appliance or a faulty water inlet valve to the appliance

- hi there.......after selecting a program...you push the start button....the drain pump should start to run...pump stops and water enters the machine...pressure switch activates main wash pump appliance commences washing...ok....please email me the exact scenario
