you must see the picture attached. Use digital camera the LED must be TURN ON, if doesnot follow this a) open r.control clean the keypads for dirty, oxide, corrosion, bad contacts use contacts cleaner b) clean the contacts battery, and test the wires for loose, or bad solder, resolder , replace a new batteries. c) resolder any colder joint, with color slight yellow( this produce NOT circulationg energy). and try again. Exact issue that I have. I tested the phone with a multi
meter and it shows only 0.02v (ac) while plugged in with not battery on. The battery
also shows 0.02v. The phone is not charging correctly causing the red light. I don't
know why or how this happened. The battery should be 3.4v and should charge at
that same voltage but it's not!
Hi, maybe the TV controller board is blocked, you can reset it, by disconnecting power cable from outlet for about 5 minutes, if that doesn't work, possibly and internal board or component must be repaired of replaced, in such case it's better to contact an authorized Samsung service center or technician to check your TV.
