Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5100 All-In-One Printer
MY KODAK AIO 7 and my my wireless laptop simply stopped seeing each other.
Been thru firewall settings Dynamic and Static settings Uninstalls Reinstalls. Nothing works.
Kodak says it's my computer and Dell says it's the printer. Please advise.
Kodak printers dont have issues communicating with the computers,it seems there is a firewall issue, allow kodak's all services from ur firewall and then go to printers and faxes from control panel, make sure that esp-7 is checkmarked and set as default, then right click it and go to properties, click on print test page,if it prints test page, problem with software and not with printer

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
