My mother in law just bought a Singer 360. She is having a problem. Once casted on we can do a couple of rows and then it snags or there is some droped stiches. We have tried to change the tension and replaced needles.
Does anybody have an ideas for us???

Yes a sping must have come off tip it upside down and move the tuck slip etc lever and see that they move, you will see the course that the needles should take, take a close look and see which part of the cams move underneathe try both sides and you will find that one wont match up maybe a pring has popped off or broke good luck. oh also check the side guiders that feed the needles into the carriage, maybe one has been knocked or dented..
