Question about Maytag PYE2300AY Electric Dryer
The dr. you are correct!!! My thermal fuse was blown. How weird, I was for sure it was the door switch since I figured it controlled the light and it wasn't coming on. Thank You!!!

The thermal fuse is blown its mounted on the heater with the two smaller white wires. Check the vent for restrictions (since overheating is what caused it to fail) Was the dryer taking long time to dry before it stopped?? If so there is a definate vent restriction. Part number LA-1053 comes with new high temp thermostat too (recommended).
