I need ginger pickle recipe please

  1. Peel and grate the ginger, and also grate jaggery. Add water to tamarind and boil it till tamarind becomes soft.
  2. Take a kadai add 2 tbs oil and fry the grated ginger for few minutes or till it changes colour to light brown.
  3. Then grind together garlic, ginger, turmeric, jaggery, chilli powder, salt and tamarind pulp into a fine thick paste don't add water, grind it with tamarind pulp.
  4. Heat a kadai and add 10 tbs of oil to it. Now add mustard seeds, chanadal as well as urad dal, and when the mustard seeds splutter add the ground paste to it and fry for a few seconds. This pickle goes well with idlis, dosas, and also with rice.
  5. Shelf life - 2-3 weeks.

My plastic "wings" broke on my Magic Bullet also, andno one knows where to get a replacement

So, rather than pay for an entire new motor and wait for two weeks forthem to get it to me, I just made a new gear/broken thing. I crazyglued the old piece back together again and used it to make a plastermold...like the way people do with their kid's hands. Then I filledthe mold with JB Weld and let it dry. After that, I drilled a hole inthe new JB weld gear so that it would fit over the metal part in thebullet(that actually spins).

Glued it on (with more jb weld) and the thing has been making my smoothies and grinding my coffee with no more issues.

Sounds complicated, but it wasn't too bad. Funny thing is, the newpiece is probably heaps stronger than the cheap plastic thing thatbroke in the first place.

Do it yourself,
I'm tired of made-to-break products and could make anyone else one of these things for around 10 bucks!

Need the instruction manual to assemble this appliance Can you e mail set of instructions My e mail address is [email protected] thank you

What's to assemble, first of all its a meat grinder, you put the hopper on and insert the grind mechanism which is a shaft that has curled ridges on it, it should lock in, then you need to place the cutting blade on, that looks like four corners, and then either the fine or coase meat grinding wheel with the small or large holes in it, then the plastic part that holds it all together and tighten down, just make sure to wash and clean it right away, also dry the pieces, hot soapy water, they are usually carbon steel and can rust, hope this helps

Grind beef for chili?

The food processor will pulverize the beef in seconds if you do not pulse it. Really, the food processor will tend to make the beef very fine. You can use the 3mm or 4mm slicing disc to make more of a ground beef (noodle-like) cut.
