Question about HP DeskJet 610cl InkJet Printer
I have problem with my printer i don't know if it is because of the operating system i have now or what but the light above the button with the paper image on the left side above the power button is blinking repeatedly, can you tell what's the problem because it seems like i've tried everything.
This is the resume button. If it is blinking and the power light is steady and if just installed a print cartridge, make sure the cartridge is securely snapped into the printer with the arrow aligned with the dots on the top of the printer cartridge cradle.
Close the top cover of the printer if it is open.
Check the lower (IN) tray to make sure it contains paper and that the paper is correctly loaded in the tray.
Press resume to clear the error condition. Then check your computer screen for any reported error message and corrective action instructions.
If the resume and power lights are blinking - press the power button to turn off the printer. At the computer, cancel any documents awaiting printing. Then press power button again to turn on computer. Good luck from Lady Isobel.
