Question about HTC Touch Diamond Smartphone
I have a problem with my phone; about a month ago I had several unread messages, and after reading them it still claimed that I had an unread message. And now, a month later, it still does.
What can I do to resolve this problem? I have tried to restart it, but that didn't work.
Any suggestions? :)
Hi. You can use this small program (http://nmauri.free.fr/public/bin/mailaccountrepair.rar) to clear your unread count. Just transfer the .exe file in the archive to your device. Run the file, select the email account from the list and click the repair button. If this doesn't work, you can also try this (http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/get-fixunreadcount-v1-0.html) program. Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
