You would have to connect it via RJ45 and burn new firmware into unit. The firmware would be downloaded into the computer that is connected to the access point, remember what directory you have placed the new firmware into. You will have to access the unit via windows explorer with it's http, some units through their respective manufacturers have unique address for each particular model. In case you have lost your password or other settings, reset the unit to defaults by using the reset button appropriately. The manual will show you the rest. Good luck.

Midgate closed window up dash says midgate ajar. Its fully closed

Hello Anonymous,

These system are controlled by an electronic module that should
send a fault code to the BCM (Body Control Module) and accessed via the DLC (Diagnostic/Data Link Connector) if a fault is present.

Some Auto parts stores will connect a OBDII scanner to your vehicle for free and provide you with a starting point should any fault codes be present. Fault code scanning is always the first step in trouble shooting a problem.

What parts do you recommend for a fault on my Hyundai Tucson which has developed faults?

uh oh, 1186 and 0087 are both related... fuel pump or the filter or both! either case the filter is now located inside the fuel tank

P1186 Hyundai Fuel Pressure Too Low

P0087 Fuel Rail System Pressure Too Low

"Potential causes of a P0087 trouble code may include: Weak fuel pump, clogged filter or screen, restricted fuel supply line Faulty fuel pump driver module Faulty fuel pressure sensor"

How to Change the Fuel Filter on Hyundai Tucson eHow

according to eHow, you can access the filter relatively easily. (although the pic is an illustration of something not really related to this ~ why they showing a fuel petcock that's not even on your car?)

P2112 Throttle Actuator Control System Stuck Closed

"Possible causes:
- Throttle Body Plate Binding
- Faulty Throttle Actuator
- Throttle Actuator harness is open or shorted
- Throttle Actuator circuit poor electrical connection"

older models we had the gas pedal attached to a cable to move the butterfly valve on the throttle body. Now it's this newer drive-by-wire stuff... remove air intake hose and check / clean / move the throttle body valve by hand first to see if it's binding or not

then, go from there on testing the actuator and tps

How to connect to wifi on pro 950

I found this on google. Hope this helps:

Q: I've tried to install the product's software for a wireless connection, but cannot complete the installation. What should I do? A: Do the following: Important: You'll need to know your network name (SSID) and network password before you can set up your product. If you don't know them, contact the manufacturer of your router or the person who set up your network.
If you know your security settings, continue with these steps:

  1. Reset the product's network settings. Press the home_button.gif home button, if necessary. Select Setup. Scroll down and select Restore Default Settings. Select Wi-Fi/Network Settings. You see a confirmation screen. Select Yes to reset the selected settings. (Select No if you want to cancel the operation.)
  2. Turn your router off and back on. Important: If your router is connected to other devices, you may need to re-establish the connection for the other devices on the network.
  3. Close all applications (including any screen savers, virus protectors, and firewall software) before you install the software.

  4. Uninstall the printer software (Windows only), then reinstall the printer software.
If the steps above for a wireless connection do not help, check the additional troubleshooting tips below, then try steps 1 through 4 again.

  • If you're setting up the printer for the first time, make sure you have the correct SSID (wireless network name) and if security is enabled, the wireless network password (WEP key or WPA passphrase). This information is stored in your network's router and you may be able to access it by logging onto the router from your computer and checking its setup screens. If you are unable to access the information, contact the person who set up your network or the manufacturer of your router or access point for details. (Epson will not be able to provide this information to you.) You'll need to know the SSID and wireless network password before you set up the printer.
Note: The SSID and security key or passphrase are case sensitive. Be sure to correctly note uppercase, lowercase, and numeric/special letters.
  • If your wireless router or access point is set to not broadcast its Network name (SSID), you'll need to enter the SSID manually in the printer's setup software. If your wireless router or access point has wireless security enabled, you'll also need to know what kind of security it is using. Epson will not be able to provide this information to you. If you don't know this information, you'll need to contact the manufacturer of your router or the person who set up your network.

  • Make sure the product is within range of the wireless router or wireless access point.

  • Avoid placing the printer near a microwave oven, 2.4 GHz cordless phone, or large metal objects such as a filing cabinet.

  • Check to see if access restrictions, such as MAC address filtering, are set on the router or access point. If access restrictions are set, add your product's MAC address to your router's address list. If you're unsure on how to do this, contact the manufacturer of your router for instructions. To obtain your product's MAC address, print a network status sheet.

  • Disable any settings (such as AP Isolation, Client Isolation, or Privacy Separator) on your wireless router or access point that would prevent wireless devices from communicating with each other.

  • Make sure your system meets the requirements.

  • Make sure all applications (including any screen savers, virus protectors, and firewall software) are closed.

  • Make sure you have administrative rights or software installation privileges to your computer.

It will not dry it say the lettrs af

The airflow is restricted as indicated by the AF code. Check for clog lint filter and/or restricted vent system as lint build up in these areas cause airflow restriction and hence the AF code. Another possible reason is a faulty exhaust thermistor located on the blower housing. It is likely a thermistor fault if the lint filter including the vent system are all clear from lint built up but the AF code persists.

Disconnect power then remove the rear access panel and locate the thermistor on the blower housing. Disconnecting the thermistor and running the dryer will cause E1 to appear on the display to indicate an open circuit thermistor and E2 if the thermistor wires are connected together. Replace the thermistor if this is the case. Click on the links below for additional troubleshooting information.

Got a lakewood heater jr 762 and the switch is burned out. Where do I got to find the replacement, or what's the part number? Thanks

I would assume you are talking about the thermostat switch. These switches are very simple to repair on your own. They are open without any housings and can be accesses by generally removing the panel from the heater. These thermostats fail at the two contact points due to the consistent arcing from opening and closing or on and off. These arcs create carbon buildup which then will not allow them to make the continuity necessary to turn the heater on. In some cases they may even fuse together keeping the heat source consistently running. If the heat source is continuously running with a faulty thermostat the thermal fuse may fault out. If the thermal fuse faults the fan may work but the heat source will not. These fuses will need replaced by an experienced person, you can generally pick these up on ebay for a few dollars. For carbon build up use a small wire brush to remove, while using fine sandpaper to drag between the contact points of the thermostat. Good luck. Mike

Minolta Di470 Error code C-0F24

COF24 is an AIDC or Automatic Image Density Control failure code. It means that the machine can not properly detect the developer to toner mixture or ratio in the process/developer unit. This can be caused by an AIDC sensor failure, Developer Drive problem or for some reason the machine is not getting toner as it should. Has the machine been running low on toner?
Before calling for service I would try resetting the code by opening then closing the front door(s). Do this a few times and see if the code will go away. If not then you will need a service person to diagnose and repair which part is defective.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

If you punctured the evaporator coil, causing a loss of refrigerant, then no practical repair is possible on a compact.
If only part of the cooling coil(evaporator) is frosting over with the remaining part not active, then the system either has a small refrigerant leak or the refrigerant system has developed an internal restriction, and is not a cost effective repair.
Note: If the coil was not punctured and the unit is under 5 years old you should have warranty on it.
*If that is the case, air dry the machine with power disconnected and door left open. Restart, with control set at normal, close door and recheck in 24 hours. If coil is only partially frosted, contact Sears with model number and any paper work you have. They usually keep records on potential in warranty equipment.
