After one "back to factory" reset there no longer a time. How can it change back or type in the old date?

Try this:
Access menu service by press on your command, with your TV OFF:
INFO + MENU + MUTE + POWER ON
Then you should get access to Service Menu.
The last item says: RESET
This will do a reset to the TV.
Make no harm.
WARNING: If when on service menu you feel tempted to "screw" on anything FIRST take note on ALL you change! You can compromise the TV ...

go into analogue tv press menu move down to settings you should be able to enter plug and play in menu press ok( if you can not enter it you are not in analogue )
if not solve problem try this !! warning !!
you will enter the service menu DONT ENTER OR CHANGE ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT ARE DISPLAYED AS TV WILL NOT WORK IF YOU DO
With tv in standby press INFO / MENU / MUTE / STANDBY on remote
then use ONLY DOWN nav-key move to number 12 FACTORY RESET
press RIGHT nav-key will reset all tv settings to factory ones
PRESS STANDBY TO EXIT on remote
you will have to RETUNE after tv after

no only the voltage is critical.the only point is you have to select right counrty and tv sound and picture system on setup menu!

There is no problem with Samsung products, it sounds like you had a problem with your retailer in which case an email to Samsung would have got a result. After all, if the unit is under warranty then Samsung will arrange a free of charge repair for it and if out of warranty, they will direct you to an Authorized Service Centre for a fast and efficient repair.
If however there is a problem with cosmetic parts, as they don;t fail they get broken, they as a company are not responsible for supplying the parts. They will supply the parts if they have any stock but the responsibility stops there.
I don't expect you knew that.
