Question about Radio Shack Pro-94 Scanner
Water and electronics just don't mix, so there's no telling how much damage was done. If you haven't already done so, remove the batteries, wipe the internal contacts with a dry cloth to remove any rust/corrosion, then try powering up with fresh batteries. If it doesn't power up after that, you can consider taking it to a local Radio Shack or repair shop for an estimate, but keep in mind that you can buy an exact replacement for about $70.
