I have a hp desktop model a1268c computer. after an update my computer srcreen says ''input not supported'' and the screen is blank. When the computer boots the F1 button ''setup'' works but the F10 button does not. After the computer goes past the XP screen then goes black with the message from above. The only screen I can see is setup.

> May be frequency rate doesn't supported by your old Monitor.
> Just attach your desktop with different monitor and change parameter to lowest frequency range. (60 HZ or lowest with 640*480 resolution)

Sounds like a bad digital board to me. Not too hard to replace in those models but, you do have to write down a few settings before replacing it. These settings are available in the service menu. Any questions let me know tvtek@msn.com
