Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
Hello, i have a similar problem to the one jennyxo has. My sansa keeps resetting itself, and will not let me access any menus. I tried doing what mixmaster recomended and went to the website
and put it into recovery mode without problems. when i accepted the licensing agreement, it tried to run the update, but the message reads
"ERROR! Application failed to read the version details"
What can I do next? Any help is appreciated
Thanks a lot. i contacted sandisk and they sent me a updated version. it seems to work well now.

The error message means that you have a different version.
Your device is annotated with an R or the word Rhapsody on the back. I have contacted FIXYA to add these models, but my words were unheard.
You will need to contact SanDisk for the Rhapsody version of the files to fix your problem.
