Question about Maytag M6Q10F2A Air Conditioner
I am taking off the front panel to clean inside. I have the top part of the front panel lose but i cant get the bottom part of the front panel lose. Should I push up or down or in or out or what to get this panel off? Are there any screws anywhere that I have missed?
After wrestling with the front panel for awhile it finally came off. On the inside of the sides of the lower front panel are plastic extenders which fit into the groove openings on the lower part on the side of the metal housing. Thus the key is to pull from the side of the lower front panel away from the housing.

The panel must have a hook or clamp in its side. with a help of screw driver, pull the clamp. the pannel will be pulled off..............have a nice day :-)
