I just recently got an hP laptop that has a webcam and what not. Well every time I use my YouCam it shuts down when I go to apply an avatar. I uninstalled and reinstalled the YouCam and it didnt correct the problem. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?? Please help-so annoying!!!
