I've got Scanner UMAX 5600 and the problem is that I see a caution to unlocked to scanner. I removed the unlocker and I see the same result. I try to uninstalling the driver , restart the computer and installing them again... but the result is the sam? Could you tell me what I've to do sir?

The motor is cought thinking its locked but its not you will need to free the motor where its stuck if that dont help you then you need to get a hold of Umax and get another motor for it..
