try system restore by going to
Start menu-> All Programs -> accessories-> System tools-> system restore-> select a date the system was working fine with sound
what os are you running? if you reply vista or win 7 then you need to do a system restore by going to start>programs>accessories>system tools>system restore and follow the instructions
hi im josh in cebu phils. if the you forgot the password then you can delete or changes it. you go to the bios utility setup then go to security settings then disable or change new password.then save the changes then reboot your pc. bang! problems solved.good luck
