Question about Kenmore Ovens
We hit the clear button and it stays off for awhile, and then comes back again. When I turn on the oven to bake, it starts to heat and then the EO F2 comes on. I clear it and then after 1or 2 times, it bakes.
What can we do to get it to stay off?
The "F2 - E0" error code means "Shorted keypad".
Remove power from the range, open the control panel and unplug the membrane switch ribbon from the control board.Reconnect power to the range and observe for an hour.If the error code reappear - replace the control board. If not - replace the membrane switch.
