Check the processor's heat sink fan. Make sure it's spinning. Blow out any dust or vacuum (w/ no power to the tower.) Reseat the memory. Try with one memory stick if you have two, resassuring to put in slot 1. Sometimes two different types of memory act weird together. Make sure memory is compatible. (ex. PC2100...)

My ASUS P5GD2 doesn't passes the BIOS Logo. It's not possible even to press the delete button to enter the BIOS setup. What can I do?


remove the cpu fan and and clean the surface with soft cloth and spread a thin layer of heatsink solvent and place the cpu fan tigthtly and lock them then remove the memory card and wipe it clean with cloth and insert to the slot also dont forget to rest your bios

Or, you can visit the Asus support website. "http://support.asus.com/" Click on Download. In the General Download Menu just select your Product, Series and its Model and you will be asked for your Operating System. Hope it helps.
