On the back of your refrigerator there are 2 water control valves. While pressing the water dispenser switch in front you should get 120 volt to the coil that controls water flow to dispenser. Can you check that first. I also have the repair manual for the model listed above your post but I am never sure that is correct. So I need you to confirm that number again so as not to get on the wrong path.
TFX27PRBWW correcct? Now also the feed to the water valve can be restricted. Let me know what is the model number for sure and I will leave you with some things to check and do. You also are welcome to contact me direct seabreezehvac@yahoo.com

Shawn, Have you checked the water valve on rear to see if that side that feeds the cold water to dispenser is working. You said it may have water frozen. That may be possible. It also maybe frozen in the line at the dispenser door. Look inside the fresh food compartment and pull the bottom tray away so you expose the cold water reservoir. Check temperature there in that area. If things look good there we need to go to the back and check the water valve that opens to push water through to dispenser front.

The ice works off of a different solenoid than the water dispensor . So , I would suggest this action : At the bottom of the freezer door ( remove the kick plate ) , there will be a water line . Follow this line , about 6 " to a connector . Push in on the white ring and pull out the line , at the same time . Activate the water dispensor pad and see if water flows from the line under the refrig . If it does , then the line in the door is frozen . Either raise the freezer temp for several days , so the line in the door will thaw , or , I have heard using an air tank will blow the ice out of the line in the door . If no water comes from the line under the refrig , while activating the pad , then replace the water valve , behind the refrig , the piece the wall water line connects to on the refrig .

No water through door - PSS25MGMA WW - replaced water bracket and valve assembly - GE Profile Artica

Since you have already replaced the water inlet valve , at the bottom of the freezer door ( remove the kick plate ) , there will be a water line . There is also a water dispensor heater kit , pt # WR49X10173 , which comes with installation instructions .

Whirlpool Gold Model GD25SFXHS03 exterior ice lever not working

Your problem is probably a broken plastic switch bracket . Pt # 2180226 . To access , use a butter knife between the dispensor grill and the lower portion of the dispensor cover . FIRST , remove the cover on the top freezer hinge , and disconnect the plug there . This removes all power to the door . Insert the knife about 1 " from the side , and push down and inward , to push the plastic tab of the cover , outward . Do the same for the other side . Lift upward to slip the top tabs free of the mount . Disconnect the plug to the dispensor cover , and remove the cover . The white piece with the 2 switches , probably has a short plastic stub , broken off which holds the ice dispensor switch . Looks like maybe 4 small screws , hold the switch bracket on . Transfer the switches carefully ,because you are working with plastic . When reinstalling the dispensor cover , after attaching the receptical , slip the top portion of the cover in place , and pop the bottom to latch the lower clips .

No water at the door

If the solenoid valve doesn't click anymore then it's either bad or not activating anymore. Check that the switch behind the water lever is not broken or has fallen loose inside the door panel. You may be able to put a finger up there and try to push it without using just the lever. (sometimes slamming glasses into that lever over time breaks the switch attaching pins causing the switch to fall off inside). Take the front panel off and visually check that switch itself to see if it is still being held in place. Activate it by hand (not the lever method) and see if that water solenoid valve clicks again and water flows. If you have no water to both the Ice Maker and door dispensor at all (clogged filter?) check the main water line for clogs/debris, etc. If you are making ice still then water is at least getting to the ice maker and that means only the door water valve or switch is bad. The link below may help you "see" inside with the different diagrams, etc. http://www.partselect.com/MultiModels.aspx?ModelNum=GSL25JFP&searchTerm=&RefineSearch=0
