Well I can tell you alot of people had these problems but what you can to is use a small tweezer to try to pull it out and then you can buy a replacement at www.frys.com they will ship it to you if your out of state. So there has been many people on here with the same issues its these things are verry delicate and need TLC each and every time you use them. Thanks Rulds2008

The charge plug isn't connecting withe the stem

The DC jack in the laptop has bad connections, or the plug needs to be replaced. However to do that the computer must be dismantled down to the motherboard level to do the repairs, if you are handy with a soldering iron that is a added plus.

I have an acer aspire one netbook...the part wherre the power cord goes into the computer, that stem broke completely off and I would like to know how much it would cause to have that part repaired.

to have a new plug put in usually costs around 50 bucks, but if it's still under warranty then yake it to Best-buy or Fry's. They both have specific procedures for warranty work, and plugs like this are an extremely common event, so they would know exactly what to do to it.

Rear turn signal

the stem goes through the body - and has a nut on the other end. You need to find the two wires coming out this hollow nut, trace them to the connectors (undoing any clips that hold them as you go along the wire) and pull these two connectors apart. Then use a spanner (no room for a socket) to undo the nut on the indicator - pull out the indicator and its wire from the body.
Fitting the new indicator requires sending the wires back to the connector, (put the nut on the wire after it goes through the body and tighten it a little on the indicator - you must do this before you connect the wire or it is impossible to attach the nut) Then fully tighten the indicator and make sure it is straight - then test for proper operation of the indicator.
reattaching the clips that keep the wiring out of harms way

How to attach Cuisinart blades DLC 8 to DLC7 stem

The DLC-8 blades and the DLC-7 blades are not compatible. To attach the stem, first attach the stem to one of the compatible blades - the stem should day "DLC-7" for the DLC-7 blades - by inserting the first two tabs of the stem into the first two ridges of the blade connector - the left-most tab should be sticking out past the end of the blade connector - then slide the stem into place so that all tabs fit securely into the blade connector. Next, place the end with the blade up and insert the stem into the middle of the workbowl. There is a video for all Cuisinart food processors on the Cuisinart website.
