Question about Casio Exilim EX-Z500 Digital Camera
Bought a casio exilm z500 from abroad cd broke (software),but camera seems fine .My problem is the instructions are in thai & i don't no how to use it.Would be great if you could help THANKS.

First try removing battery for one minute and see if this can sort out the problem.
Try taking a picture, if the picture is also black, then the CCD sensor is not working. The CCD sensor is the device that captures the light signal. The sensor is located inside the camera body, right behind the lens. Sensor is a chip fitted on an internal board. Replacement must be done by a technician.
If that is the problem, then call Casio at the number listed on the owners manual, or get a quote from a third party repair here:Repair.
