It can be mean your installation is corrupt or your phone is infected by a virus. try to hard reset your phone with entering code *#7370# after that you will ask for some code, enter 12345 for standard code or enter your code if you already change the code. REMEMBER,all data in phone storage will be erased, include your phonebook. after that your phone will be restart, and after restart, install again your ultra mp3.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Purchase an inexpensive card reader such as the Ativa, available at Staples and Office Depot for $9.95. Put your memory card with the photos on it into the reader and plug it into a USB port on your computer. Windows will recognize it as another drive and assign it a drive letter. Using any graphics program, or Windows Explorer, navigate to that drive, open the file containing the pics, click select all, and copy the pics to a file on your computer. Make sure that all the pics have transferred or copied to the new file. Replace the card back into your camera and format the card so it is empty and ready to receive new pics. FYI: Less than 1 gig memory cards are available on ebay for dirt prices. Also, go to the camera manufacturers website and see if they have a firmware update for your camera that allows larger than 1 gig cards to be used. I had to do that for my Fuji S700 so I could use 4 gig cards. It used to max out at 2 gigs. If this has solved your problem please rate it accordingly. Good luck.
all u have to do is= take a usb cable insert it into the memory card reader
= and the other end into the USB port of ur desktop or lappy = refresh on the screen = insert ur mem card in the mem card reader = open up the my computer and check for removable disk ,right click on the removable disk -> open the files and folders-> u can directly select the files u wana add to ur cellphone. and thats it go on!!!!
Did you just buy this card or have you had it working for a while and now this is happening?
From everything i have read about your camera, they won't take a 2 Gig card. A 1 GIG card is the biggest that is compatible with this camera. If the card is new i would take it back to the store and see if they will let you exchange it for a 1 GIG card.
If this just started happening after using it for a while -- it could be a problem with the card or the camera. Try putting in a different card and see if it will let you format that one. If it does you know for sure the problem is with the card. If you keep getting the same message no matter what card you use, i would phone Kodak. But, according to Kodaks own site, 1 GIG is the biggest card that is compatible. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

If that didn't solve your issue, you may have to go to an authorized Nikon dealer to have the camera reset. The internal battery cannot be serviced by untrained persons. I would also suggest that going forward, you carry your camera inside your coat when you're outside in cold weather, since electronics are easily damaged (especially software) by frost and / or water vapor which can very easily damage parts of your camera (hardware and software) in any weather.
