Question about Hitachi 46W500 46 in. TV/DVD Combo
We bought a new DVD/VCR recorder so we can convert our old VHS tapes to DVD's. Somehow, in connecting the new recorder, the picture on our TV screen got enlarged and now the tops of the heads of the people are cut off. Now, we can't get the screen back to the normal size.
How do we reduce the screen back to normal size???? We have tried everything and the manual for the television does not have a "troubleshooting section".
The problem is the setting of format.you record it again, but you need to set the format.like, for wide screen 16:9.choose the most suitable screen format for you.but, just to be sure, choose letter box or LB.
you can find the setting in the menu or set-up
