Question about NEC DTU 16-1 Corded Phone
The headset works, but how is that that your are not supoused to lift the handset to use the headset?
if I plug the headset where it should be it doesn't work, I have to plug it in the handset position and lift the handset to talk.
It requires a headset key to be programmed in Memory Block 4-12 as a type of Feature Access Key in order for the jack underneath the phone to work. Then you just press the button to speak via the headset.
