Question about Acer Computers & Internet
Problem #1: The display (desktop) on the monitor screen is smaller than the monitor. There is about an 1.5" black border all the way around the screen. The mouse arrow will not go into this border. It was not this way when we first set up the monitor but we can`t figure out how to make it full screen again. Issue #2: When opening the Acer eDisplay Management the adjust menu say we are currently at a Non-Preferred resolution. It says we should set to preferred by clicking the preferred button. However the Preferred button (just under the Pattern button) is not highlighted and will not click.
