It could be a flyback gone bad, but will not rule out the powersupply and congradualate you on you observence you will pay $25 to have it looked at and if its a flyback yourlooking around $75-$100 bucks for a replacment flyback if its a power supply then its a 25 cent fuse, I caution you not to do it yourself if you not experienced.
