Re: usb port

First u hv to install software that came with as CD. It's easy to install , jst select the location & recommand yes option. But remember while installation USB cable should be unplugged. At th last stage it required connectivity betwn ur pc & mobl. & check in ur mobile there is USB Mode options in ur setup menu. 1. USB Modem
2. Mass storage

click on USB Modem & save it.

After instaln of softwr a new screen will appear. Pl. click on internet button it will connect through ur GPRS automatically.

I want to download pc suite for my motorola a1200 so can u suggest me where i can download free pc suite for motorola a1200

Go to the following website:

Sign up to enter the site. (It's as easy as 1-2-3)

As a member, you can then download the Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite) for yourMING to your PC for free.

**Make sure you download the USB Drivers, too.

The download for the PC Suite is in .zip format. You'll need to unzip it to a new folder. (You can create a new folder on your desktop)

After unzipping the file to the new folder, double click on it to open > locate the >>
Setup884ac5e.jpg icon and double click on it.

This will install Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite) on your PC.

Start the Phone Tools Program by double clicking on the icon on your desktop.

Download the Data Cable/Modem drivers and attach your phone to your PC with a USB data cable.
(You may also be able to use Bluetooth)

The PC Suite will include all of your options on the left hand side.

Installing ringtone

Hello Sandy,

You are going to need a USB cable for your phone and computer, it should have came with your phone. Once you get the cable which you can buy on ebay, Best Buy, etc.. You need to get into SET UP, USB Mode, and change the setting to USB Mass Storage, then plug the USB Cable from the A1200 to the USB port on the computer and your computer should recognize it. If this works for you then good, if it does not then write back to me. I can explain more to you after that.
