Can't save a print shop file to a pdf file

Hi I have Print Shop 23, upgraded from Print Shop 20 which I never had problems with. I am laying out my son's school yearbook and want to save file as a pdf. It won't let me. First it seemed like everything was fine then I would get a run time error at about page 22 (out of 28). So I messed around with it (per Broderbund's site suggestions) and tried reinstalling the pdfdriver. Now when I try to save as a pdf it says "failed to setup pdf converter" then I hit OK and it says "unable to initiate pdf printer/driver"
