Question about HP Officejet 6200 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hello there! My HP 6200 was working flawlessly this morning. Now 3 hours later it will not print? I have rebooted the pc, unplugged the cables, did all the troubleshooting on the HP website and still nothing. the printer queue once again must be emptied! Any other advice is certainly welcome. Thanks!
Go to start>>control panel>>adminsitrative tools>> services
right click on printer spool and select stop.
restart the printer. restart the printer spool.
