Question about SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player

No Sound when listening to FM radio

I just bought the SanDisk Express 1gb model. When I first used the FM radio it worked. I haven't been able to get it to work since. It shows up and scans stations but no sound comes out.

Maybe you should try buying new headphones,if that doesnt work send it in for repair (they will usually just give you a brand new sansa!!!)

Micro sd probelem

Well, the most memory from a micro sd card the Sansa mp3 player can take is 2gb, because anything more will freeze up the player because it was not designed to read that much memory. So if you have a 1gb or a 2gb memory card, then you can use them.

No radio in menu. only music. voice .settings .

The service may not be available in your area. Make sure the headphones are connected to the player when searching for radio stations: Here's pg 15 of the user manual:

FM Radio (if applicable)
The Sansa
player includes an integrated FM radio for listening to live broadcast FM
stations. Please note that the FM Radio function may not be available in your region.
Listening to FM Radio
To listen to live broadcast FM station, follow these steps:
1. Select FM Radio from the Main Menu.
2. A radio frequency menu will appear.
3. Press |<< or >>| to adjust and search for the desired frequency, or select
preset by pressing Select.
4. For fast search, press and hold the |<< or >>| buttons.

Sandisk m250 mp3 player

Did you buy it in Europe? It could be a certain model made for Europe not to have FM radio. Or if you bought in the U.S. it should already be activated...

Also, if it has settings see if it has a place for region or country and change it to U.S. if it has it.
