If you have one of the rotary-type, non- adjustable carbs, you may have to install a diaghram kit or rebuild kit as the fuel pump diaghram may need replacing.....otherwise....you may only need to "tweak" the H-speed adjustment screw on this carb. If so, here is how Zama says to do it:

The tool used to adjust these carbs can be found on Ebay and is less than $10 if you don't rig one by your own methods.
