Power Board wil not fix black spot. the spot is caused from lamp failure. Led strip has at least one LED out, takes out the whole section. Go into trouble shooting to verify. After so many start ups with the black spot, the TV will not turn on in TV mode.
if goes away , not overheating or loosing coolant or billowy white smoke most likely burning off moisture [ like dew on grass ] that has accumulated in exhaust system black spots is carbon that moisture is carrying away this is normal --but if any of the above problems are present possibility would be a bad head gasket
If its black spots on the copy it could be that your drum unit needs to be serviced or change. IF it's white spots it could be a problem with moisture in the paper. IF it is moisture doing a copy on the back side of the paper should come out clear.
this can be caused by moisture in the screen mixed with heat this can cause cracking internally. The only thing you can do here is if you have a warentee get the phone replaced or take it to a cellular repair store in your area which i do not recommend as it is very expensive.
think what i would try first is a fuel additive to see if you possible might have gotten a little moisture or dirt in tank , I like sea-foam brand available @ advance auto or other auto stores but i would try this first and see results , black plugs could mean rich mix not enough air or moisture in fuel the latter is easiest to eliminate

Water can not penetrate the lcd panel its a sealed unit. but it can migrate to the digital board. if I was you I would unplug the TV and let it set for a couple of days to make sure it is dry in side. sometimes you get lucky and it will correct itself. If you run the set with moisture in it, it will only cause more damage. it may be to late already.
