Question about Dell Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard/Mouse for OptiPlex 755
I do not know how to have my computer recognize my keyboard. The batteries are in and it lights up but the computer won't recognize it's prescence.
This is sort of general but it just may
Make sure your batteries are in correctly.
Make sure the transmitter dongle is in the USB.
Look on the transmitter and the mouse and keyboard
itself (bottom) for a little tiny button that says connect
or reconnect. Move the mouse about six inches away from
the transmitter and press both the transmitter and the mouse.
That should reestablish the signal twixt the two.(or three KB)
