The default security code for ALL Nokia handsets is 12345 This is sometimes called the phone lock code. The master code is specific to your handset and is generated using the handset 15 digit IMEI number (serial number). The IMEI number can usually be found on the sticker underneath the battery or by typing *#06# into the phone keypad. Contact your local service provider with this IMIE number and they will gladly help you. Some operator may provide you connection along with the handset for cheap cost, and they may ask you use your network for certain period..
During that period,you cant change your operator or you cant use any other number in that particular handset, once after the completion of the period, the operator may give you the RESTRICTION CODE, which can be used to unlock the handset and the mobile can be used with any other mobile...
So, if you still in the period , you cant use any other sim card,
Else ask the opertor for the restricion code..
