A problem regarding bluetooth

I was using internet via bluetooth but 4 days ago I faced a problem that despite of being bluetooth switched on I found no icon of it on task bar and even no any device was detecting my pc through bluetooth.I found a yellow triangle icon on bluetooth generic adapter when went into device manager.My pc bluetooth is not working.Please tell me the solution how to overcome this? before this whenever I started my computer I read a message appeared that bluetooth peripherial device needs to install.help me. I've lenovo N100 laptop and use window vista.I don't have any driver CD with it.

You need to install the bluetooth software, if you have a disk, install from there. Otherwise look on the manufacturers website for the drivers and other software you may want. the bluetooth device itself is just the hardware, you need both the software and the hardware, good luck,
PS, also mention what operating system you have, because XP doesn't support it even though it will work on XP, that's a MSFT thing,they would rather say they don't support something than have it work properlly with their software

You will need a working bluetooth for comparison purpose. Then connect to the net, download the driver of the software and retry connecting your bloototh device. If no responce then replace the bluetooth device with a new one. This one must be correpteed by some virus.............sodeep
