Try them in another user name, or if still no good try another machine. Go into "my computer" and see if it is showing the drives are recognised, if not restart the machine with the drives connected. If you still can't get in, you may have to call sandisk to get a solution from their proprirtary software. If you used another user account,or machine, that may be it
