Motherboard problem

a friend gave me a motherboard to use. when i install xp for the first time after installing and it has to continue the installation, with the xp logo coming the first time the pc restarts over and over again.its a ibm pIII 1000Mhz motherboard.

have you checked the specifications prior from installing the winxp? winxp should have a memory card of at least 128mb, try to upgrade your hardwares including your video card
