if its like all the others prime it 4 to 6 times and full choke. pull hard. put choke to center when it starts and let warm up a few minutes and then shut choke off and go nuts... if it has an actual throttle it should be full on aka rabbit on some machines. im sure you can google a owners manual easily too...good luck

None of the current engines, nor past ones, are designed to run on E85. They will run fine on the 10% ethanol fuel. You will destroy your engine if run on E85 and is certainly not worth the risk. E85 burns at a different temperature and fuel/air ratio and the engines are simply not designed to run with it.
Your belt is probably slipping Is your snowblower a single stage or dual stage? If it is single stage, there are normally multiple holes that you can put the engagement cable into on the lever. If so, move the cable to a hole that is further away, so the lever pulls the cable further. If it's already in the furthest hole, it's time for a new belt. If you have a dual stage blower, the adjustment is usually made at the idler pulley, found under the belt cover.
Your snowblower carburator is gummed up. Go to an auto parts store and get a can of a carb. cleaner called seafoam. Follow the directions as far as how much to put into the snowblower gas tank. Run it for a few minutes and it will clear up. Regards, Joe
